HRV readings from an Apple Watch may be unreliable due to insufficient high-quality data and the randomness of measurements throughout the day, which can obscure trends. For more consistent comparisons, record HRV during a Breath session in the Mindfulness app, ideally daily, upon waking, while seated.
Could Superset be configured to prioritize HRV data from Breath sessions when available? If a user hasn't completed a Breath session, then default to calculating HRV from random sleep RR intervals as currently done (?). Users should have the option to replace the normal HRV values with data from Breath sessions for greater accuracy.
I'm currently using HRV4training, and find it to be the most accurate for tracking day-to-day HRV values, but its UI isn't great; I would love Superset to be able to replace it!
