Contradictory Reporting with Apple Health
in progress

Since the latest update with Journaling this week, I've noticed each morning that the info on Superset has been conflicting with Apple Health and my general health levels as measured by Athlytic and Energy Level. Today for example it's saying "Experiencing Moderate Stress" but my numbers are better than usual with an 81 HRV, a normal resting heart rate and overnight numbers that are at or better than normal. The erratic chart doesn't match the other apps. This seems unusual and a bit off. I did get a new Apple watch last week so maybe that's it but I'm not sure as it was fine the first couple of days. The conflicting numbers made me re-install Athlytic and Energy Level just to see if I was seeing what I thought I was seeing. It's usually pretty dead accurate to what I'm feeling or seeing on other read outs so I thought it was worth mentioning.

Hi Sean Belliveau, I can't speak on behalf of Athlytic, but your screenshots seem correct to me. Both your HRV and HR are better than normal, so Superset is saying that your Stress is lower than usual.
Is it still incorrect for you after a few days?

Grey I think perhaps I'm not doing a good job of explaining the bug.....what happens is Superset displays on one screen that "my body is under some stress" with numbers that are completely normal or better than usual and on another screen says "my stress is lower than usual." The "under some stress" is on the opening screen where recovery shows and the other screen is where the daily stress readings go. It's a little confusing, and again when I refer to the other tracking software it generally agrees with the "lower stress, well recovered" information. Yes, I am still getting conflicting readings every other day. Hopefully this makes more sense.

Sean Belliveau: Got it. I think I understand what you're referring to.
The coaching in Recovery and Stress are completely different. Recovery uses overnight data to determine how well you recovered for that night whereas Stress is continuous throughout the whole day.
So you might have days where you recovered well, but then perform some strenuous exercise that leads to higher stress later during the day.
I see that it can be confusing for Recovery to reference stress, so let me change that. If you have screenshots of other places where it's contradictory, please let me know and I can fix.
