The workout plan I added disappeared

When the first beta version that included workout tracking was released, I added a workout plan. I saved it, and it appeared on my watch. When the subsequent beta version was released, this workout plan dissapeared.
Is this a known bug? Should I just recreate my workout plan, or is there any way to resurrect it?

Hi Quinn Comendant, this is a known bug. I have a fix coming in the next build. Once it's out, please create the workout again. Sorry about that.
Besides these issues, does Strength Builder generally work well for you?
Quinn Comendant
Grey Yes, Strength Builder is fantastic, almost perfect. Since you asked, a few random notes:
- The design is gorgeous. All the UI elements and interactions are just how I expect them to be. The default configuration is almost exactly how I like to use my workout apps (I say “default”, but I'm aware there aren't any settings yet).
- The haptics every 30 seconds are ok, but that frequency feels a bit stressful. I would prefer if they were every 1 minute. If people have a 30-second target, they can just look at the screen. But I do like the idea of repeating haptics because it's a continuous reminder that I should be working out instead of checking the socials on my phone. 🙃
- I forget to press the ▶ button at the beginning of a set about 90% of the time. 🤦♂️ That might be a me problem, but I would prefer to have an option to auto-start the next set once the rest timer reaches my preferred duration (after 3 minutes). I'm in position ready to begin the next set right when my rest is finished and the rest timer alert goes off (that's how my other workout app is configured, so it's a habit). It'd be better to reduce the required interactions with the app by not having to press the ▶ button.
- During a workout, swiping the screen towards the right reveals the screen with the End Workout button. This screen duplicates some of the information on the main screen, which is a bit of waste. Instead of the timer and HR, I would like to see a heart rate chart for the entire workout so far. Or, allow the user to configure what appears there?
- There should be a way to view the load achieved for an exercise in the previous workout. This is important to guide progressive overload. Perhaps tapping on the exercise can open it full screen with an image of the exercise and a list of its history for the past 3 workouts?
- The post-workout summary screen has a Total weight metric that appears to be a sum of just the weights used. This should be weight × reps, so it matches the “Total weight” number shown in the iOS app when viewing a completed workout.
- The post-workout summary screen has some inconsistent capitalization: “[workout-name] session” should be “[workout-name] Session”, “Active Energy” should be “Active energy”, and “Avg Strain” should be “Average strain”. I presume you're following the standard for Title Casefor primary headings, andSentence casefor labels. Oh, I just noticed the iPhone app has this issue too on the workout details screen.
- Usage is mostly intuitive, but it will help once documentation is written because I have some minor doubts:
- How do I add a warmup exercise? I guess I just do warmup before starting the first exercise? (That's what I've been doing, and it's perfect if that's how it's meant to work.)
- What does the “Update template” button do at the end of a workout?
- What does “Avg Strain” mean (shown at the end of the workout)? I assume it means the workout contributed that amount to my total daily strain level.
- How do I log an extra set? E.g., if I have set up an exercise with 3 sets, but then during the workout I do 4 sets, how do I log the 4th one?
Sorry, that's a lot, but hopefully helpful. 😊
