Strength Trainer How To Guide

Maybe build a guide on the strength trainer screen on how to set these up and use. I don't know if I should double my dumbbell weights or double my reps or do neither. On Bicep Curls for example (Doing 40lb dumbbells and 10 Reps) Do I enter 80lbs and 10 reps or 40lbs and 20 reps since each arm is individual. Or does the app know that a bicep curl with dumbbells is two so just enter 40 and 10 and the app will know to double one of those?
Same with Dumbbell Bench press. Other apps I combine the weights of both dumbbells and do 10 reps as both arms are working as if it's a bar. Do I do that with superset or just enter the weight of 1 dumbbell still and 10 reps?

Yup, I definitely want to add a guide at some point. I’ll mark this ticket as planned.
As for your question, you should enter the weight of each dumbbell and the number of reps of each arm (not combined). So, based on your example, you should enter 40 lbs and 10 reps.
The reasoning is that the exercises are programmed to know if they are single-handed or double-handed, so you don’t have to do quick math at the gym. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Grey Hmmm but the total volume appears to be correct with a workout I did with doubled weight. It looks like if I did what is suggested it would cut that total volume number in half.

David: Let me take a look. That might be a bug there
